Refund Policy

GM Cheems Pro is a subscription. Purchases are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com, who acts as merchant of record for all our orders.

Refund eligibility​

If you're not satisfied with GM Cheems Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal charge, no questions asked.

Refund requests made after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis, for example if a technical issue on our end prevented you from using the product.

How to request a refund​

Email us at gmcheems@proton.me with the email address used for your purchase, or contact Paddle support directly. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations​

You can cancel your subscription at any time from app.gmcheems.xyz. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period, unless it falls within the refund window above.
